This end grain cutting board is 16" diameter and 1.25" thick. It has the advantage of offering a large working area while still very light. End grain mesquite is arguably the finest wood for a cutting board. It is much more durable than oak or maple and the end grain cut is very easy on your knives. This board is kiln dried and is banded with hand forged stainless steel hoop that is driven on a 10 degree taper. This will prevent the board from splitting, even with hard use. The eight firm rubber feet keep the board from moving while you're using it. This board is built to last generations.
